  1. Digital Product Delivery
  • Upon successful payment, the purchased eBook will be available for instant download or sent to your registered email.
  • If you do not receive the eBook within 24 hours, please contact us at policepatilinfo@gmail.com with your payment details.
  1. No Refunds or Cancellations
  • Since eBooks are digital products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
  • Please ensure that you review the product details before making the payment.
  1. Payment Failures & Disputes
  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, please allow 24-48 hours for automatic reversal.
  • If the issue persists, you may contact your bank or email us with transaction details.
  • In case of any payment disputes, PolicePatil.in reserves the right to review and take appropriate action.
  1. Unauthorized Transactions
  • If you suspect any unauthorized transaction on your account, notify us immediately at policepatilinfo@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made using your payment details.
